Our Origin Story

As an integral part of the Training Resources Group (TRG) companies, eSkilled is dedicated to delivering outstanding, comprehensive solutions, materials, and assets tailored for Australian registered training organisations (RTOs).

Our journey commenced in August 2019 when a team of highly experienced professionals in the vocational education and training (VET) sector identified the limitations posed by disjointed legacy systems. In response, they embarked on a mission to craft a seamlessly integrated solution for student and learning management.

In April 2020, amidst the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia, we proudly unveiled our hosted learning management system (LMS). As we welcomed LMS clients, it became evident that they were grappling with the challenges of managing their operations using disparate LMS and SMS systems that lacked interoperability.

In August 2021, eSkilled took a significant step by acquiring an emerging student management system (SMS). Subsequently, our dedicated developers invested the next four months into forging connections, enabling student progress reporting between the SMS and implementing sophisticated integrations. These integrations streamlined online enrolments, synchronised calendars, course schedules, and automated student progress reporting between the SMS and LMS.

We engineered an intuitive RTO software solution aimed at simplifying student enrolments and facilitating the delivery of exceptional educational and training experiences. Recognising the growing shift towards online learning, we recognised the need to assist RTOs in transforming traditional training materials into interactive online courses.

eSkilled’s software suite automates online enrolments, manages class schedules, handles financial matters, ensures compliance, tracks certifications, generates reports, and much more. This not only saves RTOs valuable time and resources but also enhances the quality of training experiences provided.

Today, our extensive catalogue boasts over 950 courses, allowing RTOs to rapidly expand their delivery scope without the need for extensive investments in course development.

We extended our support by contributing to the UN Refugee Agency AU’s Emergency Response Appeal for Ukraine.
Our commitment to humanitarian causes included contributions to UNICEF AU’s Pakistan Flood Emergency relief efforts.
We were proud to back Strays Worth Saving’s TRG Cup Donation Drive, dedicated to assisting homeless animals.
Our philanthropic efforts encompassed donations to organisations such as the Philippine Red Cross for Taal Relief, Caritas Manila for Typhoon Rolly victims, and UNICEF PH for Typhoon Odette victims.
Closer to home, we played our part in contributing to GIVIT’s NSW and QLD flood appeal, aiding communities affected by floods in Australia.
As a mark of our dedication to social responsibility, we partnered with Habitat for Humanity for a CSR activity, contributing to the construction of homes for deserving families during Training Resources Group Inc.’s inaugural anniversary.
